KAVREN operates an online retail store selling women's clothing.

Our store operates internationally and uses a dropshipping model. Products may be fulfilled and shipped by international suppliers or fulfillment partners.

Your bank or card issuer may apply currency-conversion charges, foreign-transaction fees, or other charges.

KAVREN does not control fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

Exchange-rate differences or fees imposed by your payment provider are not amounts charged by KAVREN and are not refundable by KAVREN.

7. Pricing Errors

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate prices.

If a product is listed at a price that is obviously incorrect due to a technical, typographical, system, or other error, we may cancel the affected order.

If payment has already been made, we will provide a full refund of the amount paid for the affected order.

8. Shipping

Orders are generally processed within 32 business hours.

Estimated delivery time is 30 days.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

International shipping may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs procedures, carrier delays, weather, public holidays, operational disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

9. International Dropshipping

KAVREN operates using a dropshipping model.

Products may be shipped directly from international suppliers or fulfillment facilities, including facilities located in Asia.

An order may arrive in separate packages if products are fulfilled from different locations.

The packaging or shipping label may therefore identify a fulfillment or logistics partner rather than KAVREN.

10. Import Taxes and Duties

KAVREN uses a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping arrangement for the United Kingdom.

Where DDP applies, applicable import duties and import taxes included in the DDP arrangement are intended to be covered as part of the applicable purchase price.

Customers should not assume that KAVREN can control customs clearance times.

11. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence.
